Born on Hayling Island in the south of England in 1979. My first encounter with metalwork came while at school where I enjoyed working in copper, brass and soon with silver. After finishing an art and design course at Southdowns College, I worked in a range of different jobs including another of my passions, cooking. I trained as a chef and soon after this met my present husband.

It was after starting our family that we decided to move to the north west of Ireland where I picked up again on my love for designing and making jewellery.
